I believe in the healing power of connection. Our work together may focus on strengthening your relationships and helping you have a more compassionate stance toward your self.  Feeling better about who you are and feeling more connected to others often results in a more consistent sense of well being.

I am a certified Emotionally Focused (EFT) couples therapist.  I have completed extensive training in the practice of  EFT and continue to educate myself on this well researched couples therapy model.  EFT provides an excellent map toward rich and loving connection between you and your partner.

If moderate to severe anxiety issues are disrupting your life, I can help you respond more effectively to your anxiety and make meaningful life choices.  I provided psychotherapy at an intensive outpatient program treating moderate to severe anxiety disorders, so I am also well versed in effective treatment approaches for anxiety.

Regardless of your issue, I will approach our work together with compassion and understanding. When you are feeling stuck or discouraged, I will be there to offer hope and professional expertise.
